Paul Hastings

PRESIDENT

Since its inception in 2013, Paul’s business and construction management skills have grown RP Builders to be one of the DC Metro Area’s trusted general contractors. He has worked diligently since 1997 to offer an unparalleled building experience to each of his clients based on his extensive construction management and industry knowledge, from uncovering cost savings, to expediting project schedules.

Outside of RP Builders, Paul enjoys being in the great outdoors hunting, walking his dogs, or at the ball field with his family.

Rene Ramirez

VICE-PRESIDENT

As co-founder of RP Builders, with over 30 years of experience, Rene leads and coaches our field team with the desire to create excellence. He is committed to bringing dynamic problem solving and decisive time management to every project RP Builders is given the opportunity to build. Working side-by-side with our whole team, he constantly analyzes situations in the field and heads off any disruptions to the schedule and overall project success.

When he is not ensuring that each project is the best that it can be, Rene finds time to relax by watching soccer games, biking, exploring unfamiliar places and cultures, and spending time with his family at home and at church.
